You may request order cancellation before your order has been processed, packed, shipped, or submitted to fulfillment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

3. Customized or Special-Handling Items

Some lighting fixtures, large decor items, fragile items, oversized items, or special-handling products may enter the fulfillment process quickly. These orders may not be cancellable once preparation has started.

4. Address or Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, product option, quantity, or contact information, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or shipped.

5. Cancellation by Our Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or incomplete customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

6. Refund After Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually take approximately 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
